Office Policies

Cancellation Policy

  • We request at least 24 hours notice (1 business day) should you need to cancel or reschedule your child’s appointment.

Appointment times

  • If you are running late please call the office as we may need to reschedule your appointment. On the same token, our staff makes every effort to see patients promptly at their scheduled time. However, working with children can be unpredictable and we appreciate your understanding if we are behind schedule.

Treatment Plans

  • If your child requires treatment, our team will put together a treatment plan for you. This will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, including expected insurance coverage and an estimate of all costs due the day treatment is completed.

Financial Policy

  • Payment is required at the time services are rendered. We accept most major credit cards, cash and check as forms of payment.

Insurance

  • We can file claims with most insurances. Please call our office for details.

Photographs

  • For the privacy of our staff and doctors, we do not allow videos or pictures to be taken while we are treating your child. You are welcome to take photos of your child before or after treatment.

Parental presence in the operatory

  • One parent or guardian is welcome in treatment areas during restorative procedures if you feel your presence will benefit your child. We kindly ask that you assume the role of a silent observer during treatment so that your child can focus on the instructions of the doctor.
